VentBox is a private emotional space where you can talk, vent, breathe, and reset. It is designed to feel safe, quiet, and judgment‑free.
What VentBox Is Not
VentBox is not therapy, counseling, or a professional mental health service. VentBox cannot provide crisis intervention, diagnosis, or emergency support. If you need urgent help, please use the resources above.
Teens & Adults
Teens and adults use separate spaces. They cannot interact or see each other’s conversations. This separation is designed to protect minors and maintain a safe environment.
How to Help Someone Else
- Listen without judgment and let them share at their own pace
- Stay with them if you can, and help them connect to 988 or 911
- Encourage professional help and trusted adults
- If safety is at risk, don’t promise secrecy — get help right away
How VentBox Uses AI
VentBox uses AI to generate supportive conversation responses. AI may make mistakes and should not be relied on for medical, legal, or safety decisions.
Data & Privacy
VentBox does not store personal information such as names, emails, phone numbers, or locations. You may request deletion of any stored chat data at any time.
